WHO WE SERVE
The age range of those we serve is 51% children ages 18 and under, 44% adults age 19 to 54, and 5% over age 55.
Ethnic Background - Other 1%, Persian 2%, Caucasian 3%, Multi-Racial 3%, African-American 9%, Asian 8%, Hispanic/Latino 74%.
Programs:
Specialized programs are developed to achieve positive outcomes such as academic achievement, financial stability and improved access to health services.
Evaluation:
Outcomes are reviewed, best practices are identified and programs are adapted to ensure we are making an impact on the lives of the residents.
Assess Needs:
We use formal and informal methods to identify the changing needs of each community.
