FOR DEVELOPERS
Project Access partners with owners/other community stakeholders of affordable housing communities to provide services that help families and seniors become healthier, further educated, and financially stable. In addition to providing valuable services to your residents, Project Access also helps protect the financial viability of your investment – and lowers your operational costs – by reducing tenant turnover rates, reducing evictions and legal expenses, and decreasing vandalism and property maintenance costs.

As a nonprofit organization, Project Access also leverages owner and developer fees with volunteer and charitable resources, enabling us to provide high-quality services tailored to meet the needs of each community. Examples include the involvement of volunteers and interns, collaborations with more than 200 community-based partners and educational institutions, and in-kind and cash contributions.

“There is no question that the Project Access Resource Center has contributed to the stability of Warwick Square Apartments in Santa Ana by helping us to reduce vacancy and turnover. I believe the center’s impact has been a major contributor to revenue growth and expense mitigation. The Resource Center has also helped us to achieve one of our major goals of creating a sense of ‘community’ and a sense of ‘home’ for our residents. The stability factor with our residents – turn-over and quality tenants who care for the place in which they live, just seems to get better every year.”
