Project Access Annual Golf Tournament Earns $105,000

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., June 2, 2015 – Despite heavy rains that shortened play and sent golfers scurrying back to the clubhouse, the fifth Annual Project Access Charity Golf Tournament, held at the Strawberry Farms Golf Club in Irvine on May 14, still earned $105,000 for the nonprofit.

Par sponsors were Bridge Investment Group and the Crean Foundation, with the list of sustaining sponsors including Affordable Housing Access, The Bascom Group, LLC, Bristol Equity Capital, Inc., California Communities, Everett Callahan Insurance, FPA Multifamily, LLC, Highridge Costa Companies, Lincoln Group, Redwood Housing Partners, Sares-Regis Group, and an anonymous donor.

Tee sponsors included US Residential Group, LLC, Wilmington Trust, Century Housing Corp, Lucas Development, Steadfast Companies, Bank of the West, The Related Companies of California, RC Baker Foundation, ARH Property Management, NCS Appliance, Foundation for Affordable Housing, WNVC Community Preservation Partners, LLC, and JSM Enterprises.

Project Access is thrilled with the rapid growth of the tournament. “Thank you again to our volunteer Chairman Jim Reed and our generous sponsors, participants, volunteers, staff and Board of Directors who helped to make this latest edition of the Annual Project Access Charity Golf Tournament another grand success, despite Mother Nature’s intervention,” said Project Access CEO & President Kristin Byrnes.
